The design team who crafted these excellent escape games is primarily Ukrainian, having been located in Kyiv before the war. In Chernobyl the team has integrated actual locations of then Soviet Ukraine. In each stage players use Geiger counters to located a 'charged' particle among everyday object from everyday life in Ukraine in the spring of 1986.

Escape games offer up to an hour to either escape their environment or prevent a crisis. Whereas escape rooms are concentrated in a single room, virtual escapes provide large locations to progress through. Prison entails various accurate rooms of a prison complex; Alice has players progressing through different locations in the story.
